Terms
Terms of service
These terms cover custom cookie orders from June Wagon Cookies. By approving a proof, paying a deposit or paying an invoice, you agree to them.
June Wagon Cookies is a registered trade name. In these terms, "June Wagon Cookies", "we" and "us" mean the business that operates under that name, including its owner and any successor.

Requests, quotes and confirmation
- Sending us a request doesn't place an order. Your order is confirmed when we accept it and you approve your proof and quote.
- Your quote is final once we confirm your order. Prices depend on the design, quantity and packaging; most of our custom cookies run $4.50 to $6.00 per cookie.
- Our minimum order is 2 dozen (24 cookies).
- We prefer a couple of weeks' notice, and larger orders need more. For short-notice orders we'll tell you what's possible; rush production or faster shipping may add to your quote.
Your proof
- We send a private link with a realistic rendering of your cookie design. What's on the approved proof is what we make.
- Every cookie is baked and decorated by hand, so small details, colors and sizes vary a little from cookie to cookie and from the rendering. We don't bake and decorate a custom sample for each order.
- Please check names, dates and spelling carefully before you approve.
- Changes after approval may not be possible once we've started, and may change your price or timing.
Payment
- Deposit: unless we've agreed otherwise, a 50% deposit reserves your date. The balance is due before pickup, delivery or shipping.
- Invoiced orders: for approved business clients, we may instead send an invoice when your order is approved. It's due by the date on the invoice.
- We accept cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and bank (ACH) payments through Stripe, plus other methods we agree on. Bank payments take a few business days to clear.
- Sales tax is added where it applies.
- We may hold an order until the payment due for it has been received.
Changes and cancellations
- Before you approve your proof and pay a deposit, you can cancel at no charge.
- Your deposit reserves time on our production schedule and covers design work, so it isn't refundable. If you cancel at least 14 days before your ready date, we'll credit your deposit toward another order placed within 12 months.
- Within 14 days of your ready date, or once we've started baking or bought special supplies (like a custom cutter) for your order, payments made aren't refundable and the full price is due.
- Need to change the date or quantity? Ask as early as you can, and we'll do our best to make it work.
- If we ever have to cancel your order, we'll refund what you've paid.
Pickup, delivery and shipping
- Pickup is in Knoxville at the time we arrange together.
- Local delivery around Knoxville is scheduled with you. Please make sure someone can receive the cookies.
- Shipping: we ship throughout Tennessee, timed to arrive before your event, usually at least a day early. Please give us a complete, accurate address and a phone number for the delivery.
- Once a package is with the carrier, delays caused by the carrier or the weather are outside our control, though we'll help track it down.
- If cookies arrive damaged, send us photos within 24 hours of delivery and we'll make it right, by replacing or partly refunding the damaged cookies.
- Please open shipped cookies when they arrive, and follow the storage notes we include.
Allergens and food safety
- Our cookies contain wheat, milk and egg, and our icing uses almond flavoring. They're made in a home kitchen that may also handle other allergens, so we can't guarantee they're free of any allergen.
- Please tell your guests and recipients about these ingredients. You're responsible for sharing allergen information with the people you serve.
- We're a Tennessee home-based bakery operating under the Tennessee Food Freedom Act. This product was produced at a private residence that is exempt from state licensing and inspection. This product may contain allergens.
Your logos and artwork
- When you send us a logo, image or other artwork, you confirm you have the right to use it on cookies, and you allow us to reproduce it for your order.
- We may share photos of our work, including event photos, which can show your design or logo. If you'd like anything of yours removed from our website, ask and we'll take it down.
- Custom cookie cutters we design and make remain ours.
Our responsibility
We stand behind our cookies. If something isn't right, tell us right away and we'll work with you to fix it. Our total responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Privacy
Our privacy policy explains how we handle the information you share with us.
General
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee. If any part of them can't be enforced, the rest still applies. We may update these terms; the version on this page when you confirm your order is the one that applies to it.
