From idea to cookie box, in four steps
Most of our customers don't want to design cookies, and they don't have to. You tell us what it's for; we take it from there.

Tell us about it
Fill out the order form, call (865) 999-9077, email info@junewagoncookies.com, or message us on Instagram. Tell us the occasion, the date, roughly how many cookies, and any colors, themes or ideas. Have a logo, an invitation or a picture you love? Send it along.

We design a proof
We design your cookies and send you a private link with the design proof and a quote. You can approve it, or ask for changes, right from your phone. The proof is a realistic rendering of your design; we don't bake custom samples for each order.

Approve & reserve
Once you love it, approve the design and pay a deposit to lock in your date. What's on the proof is exactly what we make.

We bake & deliver
Every cookie is baked to order and packed with care. Pick up in Knoxville, get Knoxville-area delivery, or have them shipped anywhere in Tennessee.
Timing
We prefer a couple of weeks' notice. Larger orders need more lead time for production, so reach out as early as you can. Short on time? Ask anyway: we'll do what we can to make it work if time allows.
Pricing & minimum
Our minimum order is 2 dozen (24 cookies). Most of our custom cookies run $4.50 to $6.00 per cookie, depending on the order, the design and the packaging. You'll get an exact quote with your proof, before you commit to anything.
Getting them to you
Pickup in Knoxville, delivery around the Knoxville area, or shipping anywhere in Tennessee. We ship to Nashville and across the state all the time.
